How do we reconcile God, Jesus and the Holy spirit?

When you’re a new believer (or even a non-believer), it’s often difficult to understand how God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit can all be one. This is how I reconcile the Trinity for myself. I hope the explanation will help you understand. There is the Godhead (which we know as God). The Godhead, however, has three distinct personalities, if you would, each with it’s own purpose.   ... continue

Why do we have to go through life and live on earth? Why can\'t we just be with God?

I believe it is the broad experience away from God. To know what it is to be out of His presence and what things are without Him. It\'s like learning the hard way. The problem is we can walk with Him now while we are on the earth and experience His presence through His spirit.   ... continue

Why Do We Need A Savior?

In creation, God made man in his own image and gave him dominion over the earth realm, having a kingdom as he himself had a kingdom called Heaven. He formed the figure of man from the dust of the Earth and breathed his own life into him. Thus he made a friend that he could relate to, talk and walk with. However, the man turned his kingdom over to the enemy, called Satan or Lucifer. Satan was the enemy of God, having rebelled against God\'s authority, and desired to destroy God\'s Creation. So God devised a plan to return man back to the original state. The plan was fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ. The Lord Christ our Savior offered himself as a sacrifice without sin, suffered and died for you and me. Hanging on a tree on a hill called Calvary, he took on our diseases, our sin and shame.   ... continue

Religion and Science

No matter what do we do for living, how educated we are, how wealthy we are and how nice we look, we all have different beliefs in what is the supra power upon us all. This is what we call religion. Its roots go deep into the matriarchal way of life of our predators when totems became first gods and were honored as such. It is a very interesting topic to research and to investigate and we still ha  ... continue

Being in the Moment

Man has got into the habit of always wishing and attempting to live in the future, but we can only live in the moment. Yesterday has gone past and tomorrow is guaranteed to none of us; but today is here before us, so lets make the best of it. We can never live tomorrow, or yesterday but only today. Hence, it is important to celebrate each day which is a special gift from God to us, and make it special and unique. We should live each day as if it was the last day in our life and strive to accomplish all our heart’s desires.   ... continue

The power of visualization

“I am thought. I can see what the eyes cannot see. I can hear what the ears cannot hear. I can feel what the heart cannot feel.”
• Peter Nivio Zarlenga, American Businessman.
That how powerful visualisation can be! It goes beyond any chains of fear or any other limits. Visualising is daydreaming but with a purpose. There is this uncanny grandeur in knowing that in the realm of thought - you are without a chain, that you have the right to explore all heights and depth, that there are no walls nor fences, nor prohibited places, nor sacred corners in all the vast expanse of thought!   ... continue

Handling Setbacks Strength, hope

Life is a grindstone. Whether it grinds us down or polishes us up depends on us.
-Thomas L. Holdcroft

Setbacks as we may call them are an evolutionary process which is necessary to our development. They are a learning stage. Sure, we may face trying times but what is important is not to get stuck in that moment. We must learn to lift our mentality beyond what can be seen, and go deep within ourselves for answers and solutions.
To remain stuck is to be weak and defeated.

Power of thought

There is a famous saying that goes, “Man is what his mind is.”

Humans are controlled by their minds and each action that it takes is based on the thoughts generated. These thoughts, no matter what the situation is, reflect the nature of man, his behaviour and aspirations. One famous philosopher once said, ‘Circumstances do not make a man, they reveal him’.

These qualities instil in man a fighting spirit, a will to succeed and most importantly faith and trust in God. If any of these three qualities are absent, man becomes weak and vulnerable.   ... continue

Inside Out Approach

It is very easy to place the blame of failure on someone else. People always tend to take the easy route of placing the responsibility for something going wrong on other people, situations or external factors. In fact it is human nature to point the finger. Oh yes, we are all self exalting, never accepting that we can go wrong. Whether we aware of it or not, each one of us has an ego, and it is this ego which leads us to finger pointing behaviour.

The Power of Faith

Faith is simply supreme and out of this world. For when everyone else sees no way, faith sees the way. It breaks through perceived barriers, dissolves limitations and it is unexplainable. Once too many times, a miracle happens, someone gets healed of cancer, and doctors are puzzled. Several attempts are made to come up with explanations as to why, and of course in a society which seeks hard evidence all the time these stories are dismissed as dogma because they lack ‘evidence’.   ... continue

Goal Setting
