As always, your faithful physiognomist will also note the corresponding challenge. Has it been overcome yet' The face alone can’t tell you, but at least when you read that data on someone you have the start of a meaningful investigation.
As someone who’s avidly studied faces for decades, I still don’t know it all.
Sometimes what I love best about face reading is all the questions it asks.
For the start of this multi-part article, let’s examine what didn’t change for Nancy Pelosi.
The California Congresswoman has prominent, low-slung cheeks, where the greatest fullness shows close to her mouth.
This form of cheek emphasis is rare… except for women who have been major players in American political life, e.g., Hillary Clinton and Nancy Reagan.
The meaning' Courage is uncommonly strong -- that’s the cheek prominence. Having low-slung cheeks corresponds to a gift for putting up with at least one important person in your life who would try the patience of a saint. Hmm. And considering what any big-time female politician in America must endure, doesn’t that special forbearance help explain why politician Pelosi has done uncommonly well'
The challenge: It’s having a life where you need that forbearance -- every ounce. Note to readers, if you’re planning for any future incarnations at Earth School, watch out! When you bring along low-slung cheeks, chances are it’s because you’re setting up a life contract where you’re going to have to suffer more than your share of public ridicule.
Also part of the cheeky new Speaker is a powerline dimple on the right side only. This is a curvy line (like half of a parenthesis).
The meaning' In political life, more than personal life, Pelosi can be a charmer. It’s an authentic charm, related to humility.
The challenge: With this item of face data, the challenge isn’t potential but past. I don’t think anyone is born with a powerline dimple. To earn one, you go through difficult circumstances, get knocked down and struggle to pick yourself up. If, along the way, you learn humility, voila! You’ll develop a powerline dimple.
One of the most fascinating discoveries of any in-depth reading is the apparent contradictions. Actually, they are conflicts, as personal style in one aspect of life is different from some other aspect. Deep conflicts can be like the sand in the oyster, producing the pearl of soul growth. All of us have at least one major conflict that shows within the physical face. It’s not a flaw… any more than an "accident."
