Are you a joke collector' Many jokesters surf the Internet
specifically for silly jokes, funny quotes, and "Yes" cheesy
humorous entertaining pickup lines.
Recently, I questioned a few gal pals about the lamest
pickup lines used by men to get their attention. This
brought a chuckle to their faces. Pickup lines run the
gamut from really awful, pathetic, silly, bizarre to scary.
It's interesting to note what real women think of pickup
lines pitched at them by males looking to strike first
base. Often if the line didn't get results from one
uninterested woman the pickup artist would boldly ask
the woman right next to the one he struck out with perhaps
thinking about making a home run.
"It's interesting to note many women in the survey actually
are intrigued by a cute, silly, pickup line. Even an off the wall
compliment given in a social situation at a club.
For example: One friend said a guy walked up to her in a
crowded bar and said "You are the prettiest woman in here."
He said it in a sincere voice and this impressed her.
After gathering several hundred cheeky pickup lines I added
the wackiest to my website. And next composed a short humorous book
packed with the entertaining pickup lines to distribute to friends who I
thought would get a laugh or two out of them.
Take note: a cheesy pick up list like this is
indispensable to men because it will warn them what lines
to avoid unless they like funny stares or laughter.
According to the women in the survey a
few honest pickup lines really work. More on that at the
end of this article.
Warning: these are actually 12 cheesy overused lines used
by real men in real life situations according to my brief
survey on female acquaintances between the ages of 16 and
49. Well, at least the lines suited for a G-rated audience.

Drumroll please....According to the women in my survey these
are the two lines that actually get their positive attention.
1. Hello, my name is___________and I would really like to
meet you.
2. Hi, I'm______and I've been admiring your beautiful
(hair, eyes, outfit, laugh, smile etc.) from across the
room all evening.
