Don't Spent Your Last $47 On Some Paid Typing System.
Today I want to talk about "pitch pages". What are pitch pages' Pitch pages are usually pretty easy to spot they are usually a one or two page website that tries to pitch or sell you a certain product. Most pitch pages follow a pretty common theme. First they play on emotion, most of them will tell you that their product will help you reach you goals, or make your dreams come true, or let you work from home or tell your boss to shove it. The reason they do this is they need to reach you on a personal level and on an emotional level, most people would logically not believe that a $47 or $97 dollar e-book or system would allow you to do these things. The pitch pages try to get past your logic and touch on your emotions.Even the products we recommend have pitch pages like this. So why do we recommend these products' Well here is the deal just because a company is trying to sell you on a product does not mean that it is a bad product or that they are trying to scam you. The reality is there are some very good products out there that can really make an impact on your finances, so we look past the pitch pages and get right to the meat of the product. What we try to do here is give the information beyond the emotional excitement of a pitch page or a sales letter. We try to give you the tools you need to make a logical choice as to what products will work for you.
In my blog (http://blog.paidtypingscams.com)I have an example of a pitch page that I absolutely love, this product has made me quite a bit of money over the last few months and is very true to the pitch page. You will notice that as you read the pitch page it really does not attack your emotions, it states a lot of statistics and facts and even hints at some of the methods used. It would be fair to say that this page should be a model for others, it is truly one of the most honest that I have seen.
There is another great pitch page about a company that takes a different route to building ebay stores, this company let's you make money by promoting ebay products without ever having to deal with the sales, shipping, feedback or customers. Again a very honest product that states facts and figures and gives you an idea of how things are done within their program. They even show real life examples.
And there is one more quality pitch page that has numerous samples, videos, and provides tons of information about the person who wrote the program and their results.
As you can will see from the 3 different sites that you can review on my blog there are very little emotional triggers on these pages, they stick to the facts and the meat of the product. Now I'm not for one second suggesting you shouldn't be excited about what they say to the contrary these are exciting products and they are leading the industry today. What I am saying is you are allowing yourself to understand these products first and then you get excited about them based on what you've read and understand. You're excitement is a true and pure self understood excitement not a falsely motivated sense of euphoria.
When you see pitch pages that promise the world and don't provide many details about the product or the people who put it together you probably want to take a step back and look at what they are really offering you. Are they selling you on the promise of hope and emotion or are they giving you a concrete foundation that you can build a logical business from.
