Have you ever heard a weight loss program claim
that you can "eat as much as you want"' It sounds
too good to be true, doesn't it.

Well, of course it is too good to be true. It
simply isn't true. You cannot eat whatever you
want and still lose weight.

It is scienfitic fact that if you consume more
calories than you burn, in the long run, you will
gain wait. It is also very likely that the extra
weight will be fat.

There is good news though. You can eat a lot (and
plenty of good tasting food too) if you are
selective about what you eat. It is very
important to eat healthy, natural foods. Simply
put, natural foods are easier for your body to
process. That makes it easier to burn calories.
Natural foods also help you to feel full and stay
full longer (have you ever noticed how you feel
hungry soon after eating a sugary snack').

One last tip: try to eat smaller portions. If you
eat smaller meals, you can eat more meals each
day. Try to have four to six meals each day. This
teaches your body to expect to be fed regularly.
In the long run, this causes your body to
constantly burn calories. Obviously, that helps
you lose weight.
