The Truth About Weight Loss Failures
Most people have had the desire to lose weightand tried a "weight loss program". You
do your best, you stay disciplined and you lose
some weight; only to gain it right back again,
and sometimes even more than you lost. Many
people have done this many times and yet, every
year, more and more people try another diet plan
thinking this time will be different.Have you

and you end of struggling with yourself to stick

work temporarily at best. You will not be able to

that are tied to your eating habits to create
