Best Philosophy To Live Stress And Depression Free Life

Best philosophy to live healthy and depression free life is "good and bad situations are not physical situation but they are just different state of our mind. So there is nothing like happy situation or sad situation but different conditions of mind and how you take it”. Now let’s analyze this philosophy and try to understand. First we are going to take example of bad events of life like

• Unexpected death of spouse or close relative
• permanent disability like lose of eyes ,hands or legs
• financial loss or lake of adequate money to live
• Critical illness like cancer, aids, heart disease or kidney failure
• Children are addicted to drugs or perform bad at school
• You yourself addicted to smoking or alcohol
• having problem with authorities like boss or governmental authorities
• No promotion at job even you doing hard work

Above are bad events and everyone will agree with you but let’s see thing from different perspective

Now let’s take example of financial loss and you become bankrupt with no money to pay bills or you are poor by default. Isn’t these are worst situations. You have to answer banks and credit card companies. Tolerate frowns of bank executive or wife and children. But let’s imagine that you got cancer in-between and doctor told you have six month of life remaining. Now tell me how much you care about your financial loss or money. See both conditions are bad situations but how our mind take it. When you find out that you had cancer every other problems looks easy to your mind be it bankruptcy or addiction or loss of spouse or anything.

Let’s take example of your child got kick out of school or perform poor in exam. You are depressed and sad for your child and his career. You don’t understand that how to treat your child and in-between you loss money and become bankrupt and creditors call you day and night and nobody want to give you loan or don’t had money to pay bills and immediately you would forget that your child performed bad at exam and it would look like problem nonexistent .means once the situation you think of very bad would become almost nonexistent to you.


Did you see here the pattern. Means ones we experience some situation very bad and very harsh, same situation some times become none important to us. We all are experience some times so called bad events in childhood when we did something wrong like smoking secretly or break glass of window like that and caught by parents. try to remember your stat of mind that time and how you felt that time like all hell break loose on your head and now we are telling our childhood stories to our child or spouse or someone happily that how naughty you are in childhood and how you get caught ……….

Same was true with good events like you had felt very happy when you got one car. After sometimes you may felt very worst when your collogue had promoted at work even though at the same time you had three cars…………..
