Twickenham Stadium, with its own unique heritage and identity is renowned as the home of England Rugby. Perhaps less well known is that Twickenham Stadium makes an ideal conference venue for a variety of corporate events. Twickenham Stadium has 10 main function rooms, suitable for medium to large events, and a plethora of corporate boxes ideal for smaller meetings.
Conference venue facilities include:
-10 main meeting rooms that can accommodate 40 to 250 delegates at a time, this is known as theatre style.
-Over 3000 metres of exhibition space available
-Over 100 executive boxes that overlook the rugby pitch, accommodating 6 to 26 delegates
-A dedicated event manager for each and every event
-Over 2000 free delegate and organizer parking spaces on site
-Registration and cloakroom facilities
-Excellent vehicle access
-Disabled access to all function rooms
Our capacities as a conference venue are as follows:
-The North Tryline Lower, situated in the North Stand, seats 180 theatre style, 104 cabaret style, 50 boardroom style, 450 for a reception, 280 for a lunch or dinner and 200 for a dinner and dance, all this in an area of 614 square metres.
-The North Tryline Upper, seats 200 theatre style, 88 cabaret style, 70 boardroom style, 400 for a reception, 210 for a lunch and dinner and 180 for dinner and dance in 593 square metre.
-In the East stand you will find Wakefield's, with a split seating of 90 in the theatre, cabaret of 60, boardroom 45, reception 300, for lunch and dinner -200 in an area of 486 square metres.
-In the East stand you will also find Obolensky's and Invincibles.
-The West stand consists of the Spirit of Rugby, which seats 200 theatre style, 120 cabaret style, 50 boardroom style, 450 for a reception and 360 for lunch or dinner 360 in an area of 650 square metres.
-The Members lounge, 60 theatre style, 32 cabaret style, 30 boardroom style, 300 for a reception, 60 for lunch or dinner, all in a 260 square metre area.

A new era for Twickenham:
Twickenham Stadium is changing. Our new South Stand development will herald anew era for the stadium both as a sporting area and conference venue. The development will add 5000m2 of function space, a 4-star Marriott Hotel and a Virgin Active Health Club, transforming Twickenham Stadium into a 365 day a year event destination; London's Ultimate Destination for Business and Sport.
When completed in summer 2008, the development will provide an extra 15 conference and meeting facilities, including a dedicated conference auditorium with tiered seating for up to 400 delegates and a large central banqueting suite that can hold up to 800 for a dinner.
