Feng Shui, What is that ..? 
 
\"Feng\" means \"wind\" and \"Shui\" means \"water\". 
Feng Shui is the ancient Chinese practice of placement and arrangement of space to achieve harmony with the environment. 
 
Feng Shui is often identified as a form of geomancy, divination by geographic features, but it is mainly concerned with understanding the relationships between nature and ourselves so that we might live in harmony within our environment. 
 
Feng Shui is a cultural shorthand taken from the following passage of the Zhangshu (Book of Burial) by Guo Pu of the Jin Dynasty. 
 
In its traditional form, Feng Shui is a discipline with guidelines that are compatible with many techniques of architectural planning. 
Feng Shui developed over 3,000 years ago in China. It is a complex body of knowledge that reveals the ways to balance the energies of the environment to assure health, wealth and good fortune for people inhabiting it. 
 
In Chinese culture gentle wind and clear water have always been associated with good harvest and good health, thus \"good Feng Shui\" came to mean good livelihood and fortune, while \"bad Feng Shui\" came to mean hardship and misfortune. 
 
Who says Feng Shui is only a myth..?! Do you know, researchers around the world claim that Feng Shui has an effect on health, wealth, and personal relationship.
